Really good advice... #ChrisPratt

Here's a video (link below) that I saw a while back when Chris Pratt and his co-stars from Guardians of the Galaxy were doing an interview. A fan ask how many times he hit the gym, my takeaway from his response was, "all you have to do is a few things everyday and remain consistent..." I liked this and here is why. A few things . Typically when someone wants to get in shape they feel like it's all or nothing. They change their diet completely and/or kill themselves at the gym for hours, 7 days a week. That's great if that's something that you can sustain but for most people, they can't. A few thing could also mean in your lifestyle as well. Like adding exercise to your day, ie. taking a walk, hitting the gym, joining a sports team. Cutting out late night snacki...

What's my motivation...

I posted this a while ago on another blog but it still applies...   For those that don't already know, I like to exercise, whether it's lifting weights or playing sports. Had abs but that was due to the fact of being real...

The Beginning....

People tend to think they don't have time, or money for fitness. Or maybe they get intimidated by what they see from bodybuilders or personal trainers out there thinking it's way too advanced for them. Or think they need to be a certain type of person for it. Maybe, just maybe, someone like me (working man, husband, papa of 3) could help change your view on what fitness can be.  The name Make It Fit(ness) was actually suggested by a co-worker who understands my mindset towards a healthy lifestyle. It can have several meanings.. 1. Make it fit... into your schedule. Ever heard of 15 mins, 3 times a week? Really it's that simple. "something is better than nothing". I'm a busy man too between work, kids, chores, finishing my basement, and everyday life. If you ...
